CTA

The Community Transport Association holds a three day conference and exhibition each year. In recent years the event has been held at the G-MEX Centre in Manchester and attracts a large number of delegates and visitors from across the UK. Cleric supports the CTA and has been exhibiting at the event since 1998.

BAPCO

BAPCO, the Exhibition and Conference promoting integrated ICT for civil contingency responders is an annual event, usually held in London.

USER GROUPS

Cleric supports two User Groups which meet regularly to discuss software and support issues.
The members of both groups take an active part in discussions concerning system developments and future applications.
Each group has an elected Chairperson and all meetings are minuted and copies circulated to members.
All Cleric clients are entitled to attend User Group meetings free of charge (other than personal expenses) and meetings are held either at a Cleric hosted venue or occasionally at a clients premises.

WORKSHOPS

Cleric organises and hosts special workshops to discuss specific software developments, to demonstrate and explain new software releases or to provide special training sessions for operational managers and system administration staff covering specific aspects of system operation (reporting, modelling, planning/scheduling etc).

Workshops and special training sessions are offered free of charge (other than personal expenses) to all customers.
