Cleric assists in 3DN Pilot

UK Telecoms watchdog OFCOM recently gave the go-ahead for 111 to become the new three digit number for accessing non-emergency healthcare 24-hours a day.

Cleric development staff are working in conjunction with North East Ambulance and NHS Pathways staff to pilot the new scheme.
