CCS supports two User Groups which meet regularly to discuss software and support issues.
- The members of both groups take an active part in discussions concerning system developments and future applications.
- Each group has an elected Chairperson and all meetings are minuted and copies circulated to members.
- All Cleric clients are entitled to attend User Group meetings free of charge (other than personal expenses) and meetings are held either at a Cleric hosted venue or occasionally at a clients premises.
CCS also organises special workshops to discuss specific software developments or to demonstrate and explain new software releases.
Special training sessions are also provided for operational managers and system administration staff and cover specific aspects of system operation (reporting, modelling, planning/scheduling etc).
Workshops and special training sessions are usually offered free of charge (other than personal expenses) to clients with Premium Service Level Agreements (PSLA).
